HEALTH GUARANTEE
All of our cats are scanned annually for HCM. Each kitten will go home with a 3 or 5 year health guarantee. We know it is impossible to replace a family member, but in the event of death due to HCM, or any other genetic or hereditary issue, we will attempt to ease the pain, by letting you choose another naked baby for your family.
MICROCHIPPING
Each kitten will be microchipped before going home, giving you the peace of mind that if your kitten is ever lost or stolen they can be found and returned home.
VACCINATIONS
All kittens will be fully vaccinated for up to a year before going home. They will receive 3 rounds of the FVRCP vaccination and the rabies vaccination.
SPAY/NEUTER
All of our kittens are sold as pets, and go home after being spayed or neutered. Typically they are able to go home between 12 to 14 weeks of age.
CFA REGISTRAION
All litters are CFA registered and each kitten will be individually registered through CFA and go home with papers.
HEALTH CHECK
Each kitten will have pre-surgical blood work done to ensure the health of the kitten. They will also have an ear cytology test, fecal test, giardia test, and feline leukemia test.
LIFELONG SUPPORT
We will always be here to help with any questions that may arise. We love each and every kitten that comes through our home, and we love getting pictures and updates of them as they grow.

For our Sphynx we offer a 3 or 5-year health guarantee, pricing is determined based on the guarantee you pick. The 3-year guarantee is $2,400 and the 5 year is $2,900.
We have been hard at work over the past few years to develop dominate blue/odd eye Sphynx lines. We will start having blue and odd eye Sphynx available this year and in the upcoming years. These kittens will start at $3,000. For more information on dominate blue/odd eye Sphynx, please message me.
A deposit of half of the total price is due upon the selection of a kitten. We are also willing to fly kittens to their new homes if necessary, however, a minimum of $600 dollars will be added to the overall price, this price could increase depending on flight prices.
**After you submit your kitten application, I will contact you. Once we get a chance to chat, if you are still interested in adopting a kitten from Northern Acres, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required to be placed on our waiting list. This $200 goes towards the final price of the kitten.**
